Forget your perfect offering
There is a crack, a crack in everything
That's how the light gets in

Professional Consultation for Navigating Personal Loss
For mental health professionals and health care workers who are experiencing personal loss and finding that their grief is impacting their professional functioning.
Loss often leads to profound shifts in our sense of meaning and purpose, which can affect the evolution of professional identity. As you navigate both your grief and these changes, it can feel overwhelming to integrate the two. I offer a compassionate space to explore these transitions, helping you process your grief while reexamining your professional role, values, and sense of self.
I offer group process and consultation therapy for therapists and health care workers. The individualized consultation is on a sliding scale, with flexible timing options to accommodate your schedule. If you are coping with personal loss and are finding it difficult to balance your grief with your professional responsibilities, I am here to support you.

Individual Consultation
Like therapy, I offer the trust and empathy you need during your most vulnerable moments. In addition, and perhaps unlike therapy, as we process your pain, we may explore adjustments to the scale and scope of your practice, the options and impact of leave-of-absence(s), other changes to your professional life, and new dimensions of responses to your clients (countertransference) that stem from the profoundness of your loss.
This process is challenging, but you don't have to face it alone. Contact me for a confidential conversation about how to move forward with clarity and support.
