    I am in-network with Optum, UMR, United Healthcare and mental health plans managed by Optum for individual psychotherapy. Your fee for service is dependent on your plan. If you have insurance, I can send you a tool to check your benefits. I bill directly through Alma, a third party platform that manages the processing. You will be responsible for any co-pays, deductibles and fees not covered by your plan.
